- Dr. Asghar Rizvi joined the practice in August 2014. Dr. Rizvi is a graduate of Loyola University School of Medicine where he completed both his internship and residency. He went on to complete a fellowship at New York University in Interventional Pain Medicine. Dr. Rizvi is the two time recipient of the MAGIS award for Patient Care Excellence from Loyola. Dr. Rizvi has a primary Board Certification in Anesthesiology . You can see Dr. Rizvi at the Lafayette practice where he specializes in chronic back and neck pain as well as headache pain.
- On January 5th, 2015,our newest practice opened in Kokomo. Dr. Samiullah Kundi joined our practice and is welcoming new patients to Lafayette Pain Care-Kokomo. Dr. Kundi is Board Certified in Neurology and Neurophysiology and will be bringing additional knowledge and experience with him.
- On April 1, 2015 we welcomed Dr. Vimal Choudhari to our practice. Dr. Choudhari brings ten years’ experience as a Staff Anesthesiologist to the practice. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Anesthesiology at Detroit Medical Center. Additionally he has been trained as an Intensivist in an Intensive Care Unit. Dr. Choudhari is Board Certified in Anesthesiology. Doctor Choudhari is practicing in our Kokomo office.
